All Sunrise Small Groups are invited to practice the rhythm of prayer (one of the DNA points of our small groups) by participating in our Prayer Experience THIS Saturday, October 1st from 9:30-11:30 am.
We will be meeting at the outdoor amphitheater near the equestrian arena at Orangevale Park. From Filbert (south of Oak), drive west down the driveway that's just south of the school. There is a parking lot behind the school. Follow the Rooted Prayer Experience signs!
Bring a beach/camping chair if you like, a sweatshirt/jacket, and a cap as it's likely to be cold and we'll be outside for about two hours.
As part of the experience, you are encouraged to fast for at least 16 hours before we gather on Saturday morning. Snacks will be provided to break your fast at the end of our time together.
If you haven't prayed for an hour at a time before, don't worry! You're actually going to love it! It may be a stretch, but it's worth it. DON'T SKIP THIS EVENT. You will be blessed for your time spent with God at the park.
